Apparently, it will be a space for engineers, and it would "encourage collaboration, innovation, and a healthier workplace environment".

As long as the buses turn up on time and take people to the places they need to be, I couldn't give a rats chuff, if it's all planned in a think tank, the pub down the road or the stationery cupboard.
Doesn't look good for the 500 group who store their buses at Stockton depot.

They don't. They moved out of there ages ago.

Ah right, hadn't realised they had moved. Thank goodness for that. Would hate to see a third case of a preservation group being forced to disband in the North East due to loss of storage.
