North East Buses

The number of busmen, switching industries and becoming trainmen. 

Is it because they know the bus gravy train is coming to a stop? 
It is because they've ran out of reinventing other people's ideas? 

Would love to know the rationale.

Or is it simply because the money's better in the railway industry .....?
