September 2020 Go North East Photograph by Following service changes on "Prince Bishops" service 20 resulting in a PVR reduction of one vehicle, this vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's 2019 fleet livery.
November 2016 Go North East Based on the results of the new cant rail design trialled on Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max Micro-Hybrid 5432 (NK16 BYP); this vehicle has been fitted with the same cant rail design, with the view of using a similar design on other branded vehicles too.
May 2016 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has entered service at Deptford Depot, on "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A/X20 (South Shields - Durham).
April 2016 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle, which carries a purple base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Representing an investment of approximately £3.7m, this batch of vehicles are believed to be in line to upgrade "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A/X20. This batch of vehicles are fitted with free customer Wi-Fi, three-pin power sockets and USB connections and Next Stop audio-visual announcements. Internally; they feature Esteban Civic V3 seating complete with e-leather; two-colour Tarabus 'Wood Effect' flooring; and blue accent lighting, which is fitted underneath seats, to provide extra light on the gangway.
