This vehicle has received "MAX" branding, with sub-branding for service 306 (Whitley Bay - Tynemouth - North Shields - Coast Road - Newcastle). The combined 'up to every 7 minute' frequency with the "MAX" 308 service is promoted in the branding.

This vehicle has moved from Jesmond (Under Repair) to Jesmond, having returned to service after being refurbished and repainted to "MAX" specification.

This vehicle has moved from Jesmond to Jesmond (Under Repair), whilst being refurbished and repainted to "MAX" specification. It is thought that "Coastliner" services 306/308 are both being upgraded to "MAX" specification. The existing Volvo B5LH/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 allocation will be retained on service 308, but service 306 will be revised to operate with VDL SB200/Wright Pulsar 2 vehicles, with the existing "Coastliner" branded Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max Micro-Hybrid allocation deployed elsewhere.

Due to poor mechanical condition and lacklustre reliability; this vehicle has been returned to Arriva Yorkshire, where it retains the same fleet number. It was internally refurbished with e-leather seating and repainted into the new Arriva fleet livery, whilst at Thornton Brothers, Ashington.
