July 2017 Arriva North East Following the cascade of "Sapphire" branded vehicles to Jesmond Depot to upgrade "Great North Road Routes" services 43/44/45, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Jesmond Depot and subsequently sold.
October 2016 Arriva North East Photograph by This vehicle has received "The Great North Road Routes" branding, promoting the combined 7-minute frequency of services 43/44/45 between Newcastle City Centre, Gosforth, Regent Centre and Wideopen. As part of the upgrade, this vehicle has also been fitted with free passenger Wi-Fi.
