This vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's new corporate livery, having previously carried a plain red base livery. This example carries the tagline "Never miss your stop | Many of our buses have next stop screens and announcements".
October 2017 Go North East
Following the cascade and repainting of the former "Tyne Tees Xpress" branded Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs onto the "Tyne Valley Ten" group of services; this vehicle, which previously formed part of the PVR of these services to accommodate service changes, has now transferred to Washington Depot. At Washington; this vehicle should act as a dedicated spare vehicle for "Red Arrows" service X1, and will replace a Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka currently serving this purpose at the depot.

Following the closure of Gateshead and Winlaton depots, this vehicle has been transferred to the brand new Riverside Depot. Riverside Depot replaces the existing depots at Sunderland Road in Gateshead and Winlaton which date back to the days of the tramways.

Following the entry into service of brand new Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs on "Tyne Tees Xpress" services X9/X10, this vehicle has been repainted into a silver base livery, and transferred from Gateshead Depot to Winlaton. The vehicle will act as a spare, when the "TEN" group of services is converted to double-deck operation.

This vehicle, which carries a maroon, gold and blue base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet, and is currently being prepared for service. It features high-backed Esteban Civic V3 seating, in a special moquette depicting various landmarks around the North East.

Following the formation of a dedicated Special Events fleet, in which Volvo B9R/Caetano Levante 7116 (FJ60 KVM) and 7117 (FJ60 KVO) are the allocated coaches, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service.

This vehicle has gained "Toon Link" branding, with sub-branding for services X30/X31 (Newcastle - Stanley). Upcoming service changes will see services X30/X31 and new peak-time service X32 introduced to the "Toon Link" brand.

This vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Crook, on temporary loan, to alleviate vehicle shortages.

Ahead of the introduction of new Wright Streetlite vehicles on "Drifter" service 60 (Sunderland - Parkside), this vehicle has been repainted into a dark green base livery. It is expected that once the new vehicles enter service on service 60, this vehicle will be cascaded to Chester-le-Street Depot, to be allocated to "Lambton Worm" services 34/34A.
