September 2020 Go North East Photograph by In line with the re-commencement of scholars services for the 2020/21 academic year, this vehicle has transferred from Washington to Deptford.
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Washington.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
March 2020 Go North East Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there is falling customer demand and available resources. Therefore, to combat this during these unprecedented times, Go North East has reduced its service levels from Monday 23 March to run enhanced Sunday timetables rather than the full normal weekday output (Sunday service levels, plus some extra morning journeys for key workers, and a small number of contracted school/works services). As such - due to the lower number of vehicles being required at the moment - a number of transfers have taken place to ensure services are operated by the most fuel-efficient, economic and reliable buses. One such transfer is of this vehicle from Chester-le-Street Depot to Riverside, in order to operate scholars services.
September 2019 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Chester-le-Street. At Chester-le-Street, this vehicle should see primary allocation to services 13/14/25/X22, but also remains available to act as a spare double-deck vehicle for services 21/X21.
March 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's new corporate livery, having previously carried a plain red base livery. This example carries the tagline "Never miss your stop | Many of our buses have next stop screens and announcements".
October 2017 Go North East Following the cascade and repainting of the former "Tyne Tees Xpress" branded Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs onto the "Tyne Valley Ten" group of services; this vehicle, which previously formed part of the PVR of these services to accommodate service changes, has now transferred to Washington Depot. At Washington; this vehicle should act as a dedicated spare vehicle for "Red Arrows" service X1, and will replace a Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka currently serving this purpose at the depot.
July 2015 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery.
February 2014 Go North East Photograph by Following the closure of Gateshead and Winlaton depots, this vehicle has been transferred to the brand new Riverside Depot. Riverside Depot replaces the existing depots at Sunderland Road in Gateshead and Winlaton which date back to the days of the tramways.

September 2012 Go North East Photograph by Following the entry into service of brand new Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs on "Tyne Tees Xpress" services X9/X10, this vehicle has been repainted into a silver base livery, and transferred from Gateshead Depot to Winlaton. The vehicle will act as a spare, when the "TEN" group of services is converted to double-deck operation.
