Driver Training buses have been fitted with extra tables and re-deployed at depots as bait buses to allow better social distancing during drivers' breaks. This vehicle has therefore been reinstated at Deptford Depot.

In order to improve the appearance of the Driver Training fleet, the entire batch of Scania L94s are to undergo repaint. Having previously carried a plain red base livery, this vehicle has now received a plain blue livery. It is intended for the batch to have branding fitted in the future, showcasing some of the benefits of joining "Team GNE" thereby acting as a mobile advertisement for the company's recruitment programme.

Due to a reduction in spare vehicles, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Riverside. It is currently receiving modifications at Thorntons Brothers, Ashington, ahead of impending cascade to the Driver Training fleet.

Having been released for cascade following the transfer of Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 5229 (NK55 OLG) to Chester-le-Street, this vehicle has transferred to Riverside Depot. At Riverside; this vehicle serves as a replacement for Volvo B10BLE/Wright Renown 4898 (V988 ETN), which has been withdrawn to allow sale for preservation.
