Further service changes have taken place due to the reduced demand for bus services as a result of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. As such, this vehicle has been taken out of service. It is expected to be formally delicensed closer to the end of the month, in order to allow the company to claim a tax refund.

Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.

This vehicle has gained an offside vinyl to advertise that local radio station Sun FM voiced the audio announcements for "Drifter" service 60.

As part of a minor re-branding scheme; this vehicle, which previously carried "Blaydon Racers" branding, has been repainted into a plain red base livery.

Ahead of its entry into service, this vehicle has gained "Drifter" branding, with sub-branding for service 60 (Sunderland - Parkside).

This vehicle, which carries a light blue livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It features Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcement screens, and is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Once prepared for service, it is expected that the vehicle will transfer to Deptford Depot.

Ahead of impending cascade due to the arrival of new Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL vehicles which will see allocation to the "Cobalt Clipper" 309/310 services, this vehicle has been repainted into a light blue base livery. It is expected that the vehicle will transfer to Chester-le-Street Depot, where it will see allocation to "Whey Aye Five 0" service 50.

Ahead of the cascade of the former "Angel" branded Volvo B5LH/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 vehicles to Percy Main; where they will be branded for and operate the "Coaster" 1/1A services, this vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery. This vehicle, which carries National Express livery, has been delivered to Go North East. It is currently undergoing preparation for service at Chester-le-Street Depot, and once prepared, will enter service within Chester-le-Street Depot's Coaching Unit, in order to displace older twin-axle coaches to be withdrawn.

This vehicle has received "DFDS Seaways" branding, for the 327 service operating between Newcastle City Centre and the International Ferry Terminal at North Shields, to connect with the DFDS Ferry to Ijmuiden for onward travel to Amsterdam.
