Following the closure of Gateshead and Winlaton depots, this vehicle has been transferred to the brand new Riverside Depot. Riverside Depot replaces the existing depots at Sunderland Road in Gateshead and Winlaton which date back to the days of the tramways.

This vehicle has entered service at Gateshead Depot, on "Citylink" service 58, replacing the older articulated Mercedes Citaro vehicles previously allocated to the service. This bus also features free passenger Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcements.

Ahead of its entry into service, this vehicle has received "Citylink" branding, with sub-branding for service 58 (Heworth - Newcastle - Hadrian Park).

This vehicle, which carries an orange base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. It will be transferred to Gateshead in due course to be launched on service 58.

Following trials on "Red Arrows" service X1 at Washington Depot; this vehicle has now transferred to Chester-le-Street, where it will undergo a similar four week trial on "Angel" service 21.

Ahead of the impending delivery of new double-deck vehicles for "Angel" service 21, representing a £4.3 million investment, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain light blue base livery. It will continue to see use at Chester-le-Street pending the entry into service of the new vehicles. This vehicle has lost its "TEN" branding, in favour of a promotional livery for Steve & Karen's breakfast show on Metro Radio.

Although originally intended to be loaned for the Durham Lumiere event, this float/reserve vehicle has been absorbed into the main service fleet at Chester-le-Street Depot as a replacement for Dennis Trident/East Lancs Lolyne 3868 (W178 SCU) which has been withdrawn due to engine issues.
