Following the closure of Gateshead and Winlaton depots, this vehicle has been transferred to the brand new Riverside Depot. Riverside Depot replaces the existing depots at Sunderland Road in Gateshead and Winlaton which date back to the days of the tramways.

This vehicle has entered service at Gateshead Depot, on "Citylink" service 58, replacing the older articulated Mercedes Citaro vehicles previously allocated to the service. This bus also features free passenger Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcements.

Ahead of its entry into service, this vehicle has received "Citylink" branding, with sub-branding for service 58 (Heworth - Newcastle - Hadrian Park).

This vehicle, which carries an orange base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. It will be transferred to Gateshead in due course to be launched on service 58.

As part of Go North East's ongoing partnership with local radio station, Sun FM, the company has branded up this vehicle in a special livery to advertise the radio station. Pending delivery of the new Optare Solo SR M890 Hybrid/Optare vehicles for "Sunderland Connect" service 700, this vehicle has temporarily entered service at Deptford Depot. It has not yet received any branding, though a vinyl has been added to the windows, acting as a 'countdown' to the arrival of the new Hybrid vehicles.

As a temporary measure, this vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Deptford. The vehicle presently retains "Red Arrows" branding.
