October 2020 Go North East Previously branded as "Red Arrows"; this vehicle has returned from Bus & Coach World, Blackburn, having been repainted into a two-tone silver and red base livery, as well as seat re-trim and USB charging points fitment.
October 2020 Go North East Following the entry into service of new vehicles at Washington Depot; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service, allowing the repaint, re-trimming of seats, and installation of USB charging points, at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn.
September 2020 Go North East In partnership with Gateshead Council; this vehicle has received exhaust modifications, increasing the Euro standard of this bus from Euro 5 to Euro 6.
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Washington.

Once prepared for service; it will be allocated to Washington Depot for use on "Red Arrows" service X1, displacing half of the single deckers currently allocated.
