July 2019 Go North East This vehicle has been sold for scrap to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade.
June 2019 Go North East Following temporary loan to Percy Main Depot, this vehicle has now returned to service at Washington.
June 2019 Go North East Due to a high extra vehicle requirement in order to operate cruise ship shuttle services, this vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Percy Main on temporary loan.
February 2019 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Washington, in a float/reserve capacity. It has been allocated to Washington Depot, to provide cover for the "Red Arrows" branded Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 vehicles, which are to undergo a minor in-house refurbishment with seats being re-upholstered and re-trimmed. It should see exclusive allocation to a running board which only runs scholars services, releasing a younger Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL to operate "Red Arrows" services X1 and 921.

January 2019 Go North East Photograph by Due to planned industrial action on Arriva North East's 'Durham County' services in Durham, Stockton and Redcar, Arriva are running a limited free-to-use service between January 6 and January 12 2019. As such, Go North East are operating duplicate X21 services between Bishop Auckland and Framwellgate Moor, via, Durham, and providing buses with a larger capacity on services X5, X6 and X7, which operate between Hartlepool, Peterlee and Sunderland. As such, this vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Riverside, in order to operate the duplicate X21 services.
December 2018 Go North East Although it was originally intended to remain in service at Riverside until 22 December 2018, Optare MetroDecker MD1114/Optare 9083 (YJ65 EPU) has been returned to Optare for completion of annual PSV test. As such, this vehicle has returned to Percy Main Depot, to provide cover for 9083 (YJ65 EPU) in its absence.
November 2018 Go North East Every Thursday to Sunday, from 6 December 2018 to 22 December 2018, English Heritage are encouraging families to make the most of their winter evenings this December with an enchanting experience of light, colour and sound as Belsay Hall is transformed into an illuminated world. A free shuttle bus service will run from Ponteland Middle School direct to Belsay Hall for this event, as parking on-site is reserved for Blue Badge holders and people with additional needs. Go North East will operate this Park & Ride service, which requires five single-deck vehicles. As such; this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Riverside, where it will be allocated to services 64/95 on weekdays only, to release a Scania L94 to the Enchanted Belsay event.
November 2018 Go North East Photograph by Sunderland Illuminations will be back spreading sparkle along Roker and Seaburn seafront from Thursday 18 October until Sunday 18 November. The Festival of Light, held in Roker Park, will be open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18 October to 18 November, plus every night at half term (week commencing 22 October), from 4pm – 9.30pm each night. As well as feature lighting right along the seafront, the popular illuminated observation wheel will return to Cliffe Park and traditional fairground rides and quality catering concessions will run from Cliffe Park to Bede’s Cross. Go North East will be running special service 101, from Thursday 18 October - Sunday 18 November on Thursdays, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, plus every day during half term week (22-26 October). To assist in the final week of the operation of this special Park & Ride service, this vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Deptford.
November 2018 Go North East Following the end of the month-long Metro Replacement contract in operation between South Shields and Chichester, this vehicle has returned to Percy Main Depot.
September 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Washington, in order to operate a month-long Metro Replacement contract. From Monday 1st October 2018 to Saturday 3rd November, no trains will run between Chichester and South Shields. This is to allow for track and signal upgrades for the new South Shields Interchange, due to open in 2019. Go North East has been awarded the contract to operate Metro Replacement bus service number 900 for the duration of the line closure.
September 2018 Go North East Following changes to Miscellaneous Works and scholars contracts resulting in an additional double-deck vehicle being required at Percy Main on weekday afternoons, this vehicle has returned to full service in the fleet at Percy Main having previously been used in a float/reserve capacity at Chester-le-Street.

July 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to the Special Events Fleet based at Deptford Terrace, seeing allocation to the Park & Ride services in operation for the Sunderland Tall Ships 2018 event, covering sites at Deptford Terrace, Downhill, Herrington Country Park, Fulwell and Stadium of Light. As this vehicle is fitted with an LED destination display, it is also expected to see use on the Tall Ships internal site shuttle.
January 2018 Go North East In order to eliminate flipdot displays from the Go North East fleet, spare LED displays removed from scrap vehicles are being used to replace the old flipdot displays. As such, this vehicle has now been fitted with a side LED display.
