From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Percy Main.

Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.

Following temporary allocation to "DFDS Seaways" service 327 and scholars/Miscellaneous Works contracts, this vehicle has now been launched on "Coaster" services 1/1A (Whitley Bay - Wallsend - Newcastle - Gateshead).

Following the application of "Coaster" branding; this vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Percy Main. Pending completion of driver familiarisation, this vehicle is subject to be used on "DFDS Seaways" service 327 and scholars/Miscellaneous Works contracts.

Following repaint; this vehicle has received "Coaster" branding, with sub-branding for services 1/1A (Whitley Bay - Wallsend - Newcastle - Gateshead). The branding features the tagline "ELECTRIC HYBRID", showing a leaf with an electric bolt within it, promoting Go North East's commitment to providing more environmentally-friendly buses in the region.

Ahead of the impending delivery of new double-deck vehicles for "Angel" service 21, representing a £4.3 million investment, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain light blue base livery. It will continue to see use at Chester-le-Street pending the entry into service of the new vehicles. Once the new vehicles enter service; this vehicle will cascade to Percy Main Depot where it will be allocated to "Coaster" service 1, providing an upgraded vehicle allocation on this service.

Ahead of its entry into service, this vehicle has gained "angel" branding, with sub-branding for service 21 (Newcastle - Chester-le-Street - Durham).

This vehicle, which carries a striking two-tone yellow and green base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It features Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcement screens, and is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Once prepared for service, it is expected that the vehicle will transfer to Chester-le-Street Depot.

Following temporary loan to Crook Depot, this vehicle has now returned to service at Chester-le-Street.

Prior to entering service, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain red base livery. It has been repainted into the same shade of red which is used on the Scania L94UB/Wright Solar vehicles allocated to service 39 at Deptford, as well as the new Optare Solo SR M925/Optare vehicles allocated to service 33 at Deptford. Ahead of the entry into service of new Wright Streetlite vehicles on "Saltwell Park" services 53/54 and this vehicle's consequent cascade from Gateshead Depot, this vehicle has lost its branding for "Saltwell Park" services 53/54.

This vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's new corporate livery. The new livery design is a a lot more eye-catching and features a two-tone base livery, with the traditional key colour of red towards the front of the bus, and non-metallic dark blue towards the back.
