June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Consett. It should be primarily allocated to the staff shuttle service running between Hownsgill Depot and Consett Bus Station, allowing better social distancing measures for the employees that need to use these services.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
December 2019 Go North East Following the entry into service of Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6164 (YN54 AOP) at Chester-le-Street, this vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Consett.
September 2019 Go North East Photograph by In line with the new academic school year, this vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Chester-le-Street.
October 2018 Go North East Photograph by Having previously carried Go-Ahead London's corporate livery, this vehicle has now been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery and has also been fitted with Hanover LED destination displays. This example carries the tagline "Stay Connected | Many of our buses have free WiFi on board".
September 2018 Go North East Photograph by Following changes to Nexus Miscellaneous Works and scholars contracts, which has seen Go North East being awarded with over 70 of the available contracts, this vehicle has been allocated to Percy Main Depot. This vehicle has not yet been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery, though is expected to receive such treatment imminently.
July 2018 Go North East Following the end of the Tall Ships event; this vehicle has been withdrawn from service and remains in storage, out of use. Most of the batch will be reinstated to provide transport for the Sunderland International Airshow, between Friday 27th July and Sunday 29th July 2018, for which Go North East will provide up to 45 buses for at peak times over the weekend.
July 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has entered service within the Special Events Fleet based at Deptford Terrace, seeing allocation to the Park & Ride services in operation for the Sunderland Tall Ships 2018 event, covering sites at Deptford Terrace, Downhill, Herrington Country Park, Fulwell and Stadium of Light.
July 2018 Go North East Photograph by Following preparation for service, including fitment of a new ticket machine and large "Park & Ride" vinyls covering the old rollerblind destination displays, this vehicle has now been allocated to the Special Events Fleet and is now in storage at Deptford Terrace pending the commencement of the Sunderland Tall Ships contracted services.
June 2018 Go North East Previously with Go-Ahead London Central as fleet number WVL264, this vehicle has now joined the Go North East fleet. Numbered separately from other double-deck vehicles in the fleet; it is one of a batch of 34 in the process of being amalgamated into the Go North East fleet, for exclusive use over the summer on Special Events and contracts (such as the Sunderland Tall Ships Park & Ride services). Members of the batch will only be retained in the fleet beyond summer if Go North East is awarded Miscellaneous Works Nexus contracts from September 2018. The batch of 19 WVL Volvo B7TLs have been released from Go-Ahead London following the loss of services 68 and 468 from 1st April 2018 to Abellio London and Arriva London South.

April 2020 Go North East Due to high passenger volumes on the Byker ASDA free shuttle bus service, this vehicle has been reinstated to be allocated to this service. This will allow for more adequate social distancing measures on the A1/A2/A3 services.
