Having suffered accident damage, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Chester-le-Street Depot's Coaching Unit. Once repaired, the vehicle is intended to be sold on to another operator for further use.

Following the arrival and entry into service of a brand new Volvo B11R/Caetano Levante 2 coach, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Chester-le-Street Depot's Coaching Unit.

To allow the displacement of older coaches previously used, this vehicle has now entered service at Chester-le-Street Depot within the National Express Coaching Unit. The coaches previously used will either be withdrawn and sold on, or they will remain in the fleet and see use within the Driver Training school.

This vehicle, which carries National Express livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet, and is currently being prepared for service at Chester-le-Street Depot. Go North East has invested in nine brand new Scania K340EB/Caetano Levante vehicles for its National Express contracted services. They feature 53 high-backed leather seats and air-conditioning.

This vehicle has received additional vinyls on the cant rail and windscreen to promote the "Red Arrows" X3 service (Sunderland - Newcastle), which runs up to every 30 minutes on Monday to Saturday daytimes.

Ahead of re-allocation to Hexham Depot to operate scholars services, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain white base livery, with large black Go North East fleet names.

As a result of service changes, this vehicle has transferred from Saltmeadows Road Depot to Consett.

Ahead of its entry into service, this vehicle has gained "angel" branding, with sub-branding for service 21 (Newcastle - Chester-le-Street - Durham).
