Replaced in the fleet at Riverside by similarly-aged Optare Versas, this vehicle has now been withdrawn from service at Riverside.
January 2018 Go North East
From 28th January 2018, Go North East are making changes to a number of services to improve reliability and to allow new travel opportunities. As part of these service changes, "South Tyne" services 88/88A have been withdrawn and replaced by revised service 9 and new "Crusader" service 26. The 88/88A services were previously operated by the low-cost unit at Riverside Depot, and to replace the work in this unit at Riverside, the operation of the "Metrocentre Mini" M6/M7/M8 services has transferred across from Stanley. As such, this vehicle has transferred from Stanley Depot to Riverside.
May 2017 Go North East
This vehicle has received "Metrocentre Mini" branding, for services M6/M7/M8. "Metrocentre Mini" is the new brand name being introduced for the direct and frequent services operating between Stanley and Metrocentre. Service changes, effective 21st May, will see "Venture" services V7/V8 re-numbered M7/M8, and the introduction of a new service to increase the frequency on this corridor to every 20 minutes. The additional bus per hour will be numbered M6, and will run to South Stanley and South Moor, offering a direct bus to Metrocentre from these areas.

This vehicle has entered service at Stanley Depot, where it will be allocated to "Venture" services V7/V8 (East Stanley/Fines Park - Metrocentre).

New to Western Greyhound of Summercourt as fleet number 957 in September 2009, this vehicle passed to Plymouth Citybus in December 2014 where it gained fleet number 220. This vehicle has now been acquired by Go North East, where it has received fleet number 710. It is currently undergoing preparation for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot.

Over the coming months, Go North East will finalise plans for this year's intake of brand new vehicles to support the replacement of some of their oldest buses. This vehicle has now been delivered to Go North East and allocated fleet number 9078 for the duration of its stay.

Following the entry into service of new Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL vehicles on "Cobalt Clipper" services 309/310, this vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Chester-le-Street.

Previously with Go-Ahead London General as fleet number EVL27, this vehicle has been acquired by Go North East and allocated fleet number 3967. It is currently at Thornton Brothers, Ashington, undergoing a pink repaint and full refurbishment.

This vehicle, which carries Go North East's corporate livery, has entered service at Stanley Depot. When the vehicle is not required to cover for a branded vehicle on the "Red Kite" or "West Durham Swift" services, it should form the allocation of service 15 (Durham - Consett).
