As the intended Volvo B11RT/Plaxton Elitei coaches from Oxford Bus Company will not be delivered by 5 September, by which point the temporary Volvo B9TL allocation will need to be displaced as the schools return, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford to Riverside. From 5 September 2020, the X9/X10 services will see an interim allocation of three Volvo B9R/Caetano Levante coaches and four Volvo B11RT/Caetano Levante 2 coaches, the latter of which are displaced from National Express temporarily due to the majority of their services currently being suspended.

As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Deptford, for use on rail replacement contracts and ad-hoc private hire only.

Following the recent application of the Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations (PSVAR), Go North East is raising the profile of its small contracted coach operation with newer vehicles being cascaded from its other operations and is grouping its 100% PSVAR wheelchair accessible fleet together under a new ‘Northern Coaching’ banner which will see each coach painted in a different retro colour scheme reflecting the glory days of British coaching from across the North of England. Designed to evoke some nostalgia with a fun modern twist, it has brought back the name of "Charterplan" on this coach, which has now been repainted and branded accordingly.
