As the intended Volvo B11RT/Plaxton Elitei coaches from Oxford Bus Company will not be delivered by 5 September, by which point the temporary Volvo B9TL allocation will need to be displaced as the schools return, this vehicle has been stripped of National Express vinyls and has received temporary "X-lines" branding, with sub-branding for services X9/X10. It has also been reinstated at Riverside Depot. From 5 September 2020, the X9/X10 services will see an interim allocation of three Volvo B9R/Caetano Levante coaches and four Volvo B11RT/Caetano Levante 2 coaches, the latter of which are displaced from National Express temporarily due to the majority of their services currently being suspended.
