This vehicle has received "Thirty" branding. Operating in competition with Arriva North East's similar 230 service from 11th December 2006, the 30 service operates between Sunderland, Grangetown, Ryhope, Peterlee, Horden, Blackhall and Hartlepool, on a half-hourly frequency.

Prior to new branding being launched, this vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's new red, yellow and blue 'swoop-style' fleet livery at Hogarths Coachworks, Birtley.

Prior to the service changes taking place on Sunday 17th April 2016, this vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Washington, allowing a period of driver familiarisation on the Scania OmniCity vehicle type.
