Changes were made to the duties at Consett, expectant that service X30 would be converted to "X-lines" specification with double-deck vehicles in line with the commencement of the new academic school year. Unfortunately a small delay to the delivery of these vehicles means that the double-deck vehicles won't be ready in time. As such, the St Bede's scholars service has been split from the main duty, and as such this vehicle has been reinstated within the fleet at Consett to operate this scholars service, until the new vehicles enter service.
