This vehicle has entered service at Crook Depot on "The Castles Express" service X21 (Newcastle - Durham - Bishop Auckland).

To support the product launch of new Wright StreetDeck/Wright StreetDeck Micro-Hybrid 3 vehicles on "The Angel" service 21 (Newcastle - Chester-le-Street - Durham), Wrightbus have provided this vehicle to Go North East on temporary four-week loan. As most of the new vehicles destined for "The Angel" have now entered service; it will be allocated to Crook Depot to allow a comparison against their older Wright StreetDecks, while they undergo preparation for annual MOT test, which would have otherwise resulted in the allocation of older vehicles to Crook Depot on temporary loan.
February 2008 Go North East
Following repaint last year, this vehicle has received "The Gateshead Loop" branding, for services 93/94, which operate circular services clockwise and anti-clockwise around Gateshead, Team Valley, Low Fell, QE Hospital and Heworth.
February 2016 Go North East
This vehicle has entered service at Hexham Depot.
February 2018 Go North East
As it is planned for this vehicle to be allocated to Percy Main Depot for use on "Cobalt Clipper" services 309/310, this vehicle has been repainted into a metallic silver base livery prior to entering service at Go North East. It has also been fitted with advertisement frames, so will only receive basic fleet names rather than being fitted with route branding.

This vehicle has been repainted into a purple base livery with silver detailing, and has also received "Prince Bishops Swift" branding, for service X20. The branding is very similar to the branding carried by the main vehicles allocated to "Prince Bishops" service 20, with minor differences to differentiate the two different services.
