September 2018 Go North East Following temporary loan to Go North East, this vehicle has been returned to Dawsongroup.
September 2018 Go North East Photograph by Following delivery of the final Optare Solo from Dawson Rentals, 720 (YJ62 FYH), this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Hexham Depot and has been returned to Saltmeadows Road pending collection by Dawsongroup.
July 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has entered service at Hexham Depot on the "Tynedale Links" 185/681/X81 group of services; which will allow Optare Solo SR M900SL/Optare 723 (YD63 UZC) to be temporarily allocated to Washington Depot, for use on the recently-gained 23 service, under contract to Nexus.
July 2018 Go North East Photograph by Now confirmed to be entering public service within the fleet; this vehicle has undergone preparation for service at Saltmeadows Road, including fitting of Go North East fleet names and the fleet number 9090.
June 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle, which was new to Kier MG, Northampton, in April 2015, is owned by Dawson Rentals. It is currently on loan to Go North East, pending the delayed delivery of four further Optare Solo SRs from Dawson Rentals, which have been bought by Go North East to eliminate the final Dennis MPDs from the fleet and/or due to additional minibus PVR following the award of contracts. Due to its very small capacity (15 seats), it is as-yet unknown whether it will see allocation to a depot to be used in public service.
