June 2017 Go North East This vehicle has entered service at Percy Main Depot on "indiGo" services 40/41 (Wallsend - Hadrian Park).
June 2017 Go North East This vehicle was first loaned to Blackpool Transport, who have recently taken a sizeable number of ADL Enviro400City vehicles, after being displayed at the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool on 9th May 2017 for the ALBUM Conference, but has now joined the Go North East fleet for a three-week period, where it has received fleet number 9096. For the duration of its three-week loan period at Go North East, the vehicle will be allocated to Percy Main. The first fortnight will be spent allocated to "indiGo" services 40/41, then 42/42A, as a direct comparison against the low-carbon Optare Solo SR M925/Optare vehicles allocated to these services. Its third and final week will be spent allocated to service 19, to review suitability on a service which is long-distance and more demanding, due to the unreliability of the current Volvo B7RLE/Wright Eclipse vehicle allocation.
