New to Greater Manchester South in June 2000 as fleet number 643, this vehicle was previously with Stagecoach Manchester and has been acquired by Stagecoach North East. It is currently undergoing preparation for service at Stockton Depot, though is intended to be allocated to Slatyford Depot to replace the Leyland Olympian/Northern Counties Palatine vehicles on the NewcastleGateshead City Sightseeing service.
