They seem to have removed the options to contact online or via email from their website, sticking to telephone and post. I mean this is clearly the kind of forward thinking we're going to need for an enhanced partnership...  Rolleyes

Great thank you!

I agree, it's pretty poor from Nexus.
Nice bit of early running on the 73 this morning:

0322 on the 73 - https://bustimes.org/vehicles/286879?dat.../158193958

0323 on the 83A* - https://bustimes.org/vehicles/286881?dat.../158146373

* 83A ran as the 92 it would seem, so driver has probably forgotten to change the trip on their ETM

Great service as standard by GCT on the 41:

Three problems:
a) wrong route, omitted Wallsend Forum
b) operated extremely early, as much as 7 minutes.
c) didn't complete the route, omitted the Howdon-Wallsend section

Surely something has got to be done about them.

I emailed Nexus about my bad experience last week but have not yet got a response.

Are you an expert on pricing now?

That's about right considering the age of the example in question, I do spend a fair bit of time looking on these Bus sale pages like Chartwell and Facebook Marketplace and this is pretty much the going rate for one.
Ah I see. Wonder where it will go
Nexus website confirmed that the 18/18A (ran by Stagecoach and GCT previously) operating by Phoenix atm will go to Go North east on a Sunday and evening

19 will stay with Go North east

Today seen 2 E200MMCs running dead for the 145 this afternoon, nexus should have really gave the contract to an operator with sufficient deckers and/or coaches

They have 5 working deckers (3 orange Plaxtons) and the two used for ferry replacement

https://flic.kr/p/2kMDynm (White/orange)

Apparently L&B were meant to run the contracts they can't. Which is why they still have the MS/SNS so don't know what's happened with the school run
