I'm currently looking to create a suggestion timetable. On top of driving the bus and any other vehicles associated with the duty if required, how long does a driver get to do the following:

- First use in the morning including collecting float and doing walkaround of bus before leaving depot.

- Signing on for duty during the day (not first use) including collecting float etc before leaving depot.

- Arriving back to depot to sign off including cashing float back in.

15 or 10 mins depending on the depot

Its thrown into the above time. No collecting float, money stays in the dispenser overnight.

About 4 minutes to cash off, again float never gets cashed in.

Most drivers leave their bags overnight and most drivers like to be a few minutes earlier to the depot to get stuff sorted.

10 mins clock on and first use check.

Big bus 10 mins clock on / clock off without first use or last use.

Low cost (Stanley) 5 mins without first use or last use.

10 mins clock off with taking bus through wash and fuel lane. Sometimes it takes longer to get through at peak times, but swings and roundabouts, we not fortunate as having a parking marshal (like riverside)

As Jamie says drivers do not collect or pay in float.

We've established it varies completely on rota and depot then haha. I've never touched the wash or fueller yet. I've never needed the 15 minutes to check a bus over yet but I've never done first use on 6017 yet unlike one unlucky person who does it every day. Quite a bit to write on them older buses!
Currently had 7116 today with northern enthusiast club , first time on a Levante and I'm far impressed by the performance of it with a dead friendly driver
What promotional livery will 5390 get

Looks like it, the brand no longer appeals to me and is more like 'Seen It Done It'.

Whilst on the topic of misc works and scholars..

Does anyone know what the 92 at 17:18 does before hand, which scholars it runs off? I think it is one of the Saltmeadows Citaros

Also these scholars never track on the app

Does anyone know which depot do them?
Float Solos 635 and 636 have now transferred to Riverside, ahead of the upcoming Enchanted Belsay event for which Go North East will operate a Park & Ride service, Thursday - Sunday only.

On weekdays these two will be allocated to the Park & Ride service (along with three Scania L94s), and on weekends they will be allocated to services at Riverside in order to release two full-size single-decks for the Park & Ride contract.

Go north east logo seems a little.. off

The advertisement frames were left on by Brighton, and their placement of the 'T' frame differs somewhat from Go North East's standard placement (not leaving enough room for the logo).

The 06-plate Volvo B7 Geminis from London are the same, and the GNE logo was similarly fitted to the same panel on those buses.

I thought it was about a foot further up, no real problem haha
Just gone through Wentworth Car Park on the way to the bus station in Hexham and there was a Tyne Valley Ten parked there with a destination screen displaying “Next Stop Kielder” with service 10 displaying as well

5298 appears to have had some sort of accident, told the driver about it once the passengers alighted.
