New sightseeing service launched in Newcastle.
They're using Henry Cooper's  B7RLE OBR297.

Not sure how legal it is? Hasn't been registered, and taking fares on the bus isn't strictly speaking an excursion. Trial or not, seems a bit naughty.

As long as the bus is 'serviceable', that's all that matters.

It's an odd one I agree. Henry Cooper arent operating it at any extra fares to what East Coast Taxis are advertising I suspect. But if Henry Cooper actually organise the tour and East Coast Taxis just act as a ticket selling agent then it would need registered I think. So since East Coast Taxis are taking the separate fares, and one would assume they must be paying Henry Cooper a fixed fee, it would be technical a Private Hire as far as Henry Cooper is concerned. 

I think if it went to the Traffic Commissioner it would be argued back and forth.
