I've heard a rumor (and just a rumor) that EE have leased / purchased a new building in Quorum Business Park.

If true, great news for the Quorum services but less so for the Cobalt routes if EE moves taking into account that even though Sage is due to move from Great Park soon, that's practically the shortfall made up from Utilitywise going.

Well there’s plenty of empty buildings there...it’s got a fairly low occupancy rate.

Womder if they’ve finally found someone to take Q12. The massively oversized behemoth of a building.

speaking of services, is the 555 still off?

If that's the building you're on about at the back of Quorum, that's the one that was rumored. Wonder if they'll end up merging with West Moor BT and have both BT & EE operations from there (EE owned by BT) with West Moor & Cobalt NT1/NT2 closed down.

On the bus front, I can see Arriva completely pulling Cobalt (X6) and shifting focus to Quorum. As for Stagecoach, they've got the 22 but not quite in the deep areas that the Q3 covers so could perhaps see GNE re-emerge from Wallsend way when Sage opens. I don't think the 22 will get pulled from Cobalt as it's a strong competitor to the 1A/1B.
