What accident was that, and will it be in implemented in all buses?

Don't think it was a fatal accident, but a serious one nontheless but possibly the accident where an old woman lost both her legs when she was dragged along the road by a Cobalt and Coast Gemini in Battle Hill back in October.

Not that incident, a one in Sunderland involving a Streetlite. The Streetlites are the only vehicle type to have the additional mirror fitted.
