Would appear that GAL's WVL380, WVL382, and WVL384 are currently at Bus and Coach World for refurbishment and transfer to GNE.

DFDS maybe
Wonder if they retain the centre doors like the e400s.
*fingers crossed*

Hopefully they get black window surrounds, (unlike the first e400 we’ve seen).
Remember when 6154 didn’t have black surrounds: https://flic.kr/p/2m2xMm5

I'm getting flashbacks.

Would they still be at Blackburn if they weren't having centre doors removed?

Or may replace the B7TL's at Riverside as there is 7:

WVL385 LX60DXT
WVL382 LX60DXP
WVL384 LX60DXS
WVL337 LX59DDJ
WVL383 LX60DXR
WVL381 LX60DXO
WVL380 LX60DXM
I was thinking perhaps 1 could be used for the 58 as that will have a PVR increase?

I wonder if the 58 will get the new electric buses and the 57 could become the new East Rider now that 6154 has been repainted in fleet livery.

I'm pretty sure 6154 is still in East Rider...the discussion in the other thread relates to when it was repainted into fleet livery after being on Toon Link.

Yes as Peter says 6154 was in Corp livery previously, now EG Rider. Sorry for any confusion.

Yeah I wondered if they’d went to Blackburn for the door conversion or simply because Saltmeadows is busy.

One for Dan to confirm.

Will the extra B9TL not likely come from the 47 as the 47 will either receive B5TLs or StreetDecks

Has it actually been confirmed the 47 is getting new buses?

Nope I don't believe any PVR allocation changes has been confirmed.

The only thing we know coming from these changes is certain route changes, proposed by DCC & Nexus.

the 47/47A will not need new vehicles. the 47 is going another way round Blackhill to cover the loss of the X46 in the area.

Was it not mentioned a few weeks back that the B7TL Geminis that were new to Go North East were getting Euro 6 Upgrades, not sure on the Ex London ones however despite being of the same age.

Cheers.

Still a few years in them yet.

Little tip,

02 - 49 is the year it is
51 - 99 subtract 50 to get the year

So
02/52
03/53
04/54
and so on.

The first lot is always March to September, the second one is September to March the year after.

Surprised there's not lots of people winging about London castoffs though like they do every time Arriva get them mind considering they're older than the most the stuff they get and should be withdrawn in 3 years on paper and no doubt won't have a full refurb either.

September 2010-February 2011
