The 15:48 60 service on weekdays is operated by Washington and allocated an OmniCity - it's a duplicate service to Parkside to assist with social distancing.

Why Washington? I understand Washington operating some 2/2a routes. Seaham is not near Washington

It operates service 5 beforehand.

Still seems a bit out the way to operate a Sunderland to Seaham route and fuel.

In the current climate, I don’t think it’s an issue.

Companies are doing what they can to keep public transport safe by allowing adequate social distancing.

Intentionally so - this is one of the many buses decorated by 'One Team GNE' representatives for Halloween.

5459 wasn’t on for very long, it only done one trip from Metrocentre to Gateshead with 6100 replacing it.

Wasn’t sure where to post this. Look at the bus flying past Ian Payne on Tyne tees news. The background shows a plain red go north east bus so proves it’s not live images lol. I hated the plain red buses looked so cheap!
