- 6363 from Consett to Washington for X1/X1A
- 6376 from Consett to Washington as spare
- 6301-03 from Consett to Chester Le Street as spare - covers both the Angel and 25 (also got 1x of 6334/35)
- 6331-33 allocated to X5/X15 alongside 1x of the best out of 6304-07
- 3x out of 6304-07 & remain at Consett as spares - covers X5/X15, X45/X46 and 47/47A
ADL E400MMC
- 6336 remains at Consett as dedicated bike spare
- 6338-40 remain at Consett for X45/X46
- 6341-51 remain at Consett for X30/X31 & X70/X71/X72
Volvo B9TL
- 6043-48 from Riverside to Chester Le Street - refurbished for 25
- 6001, 6049 and 6050 replace 6043, 0644 and 6048 as spares
- 6084-86 replace 6045-47 on the Tyne Valley Ten

Doesn't make sense.Obviously it would make sense to allocate 6338-40 on the X45/X46 as they're the newest vehicles alongside 6356-61. Don't see any use for them away from Consett unless other GAG Op-Cos need extra MMC's.
Whilst "partially" repainting 6331-33 into X5/X15 colours and repainting 3 out of 6304-07 into XLines spare colours would cost, the benefits would outweigh the cost longer term reducing lost mileage (breakdowns etc) and also putting the newest vehicles again to good use. Don't forget that 6331-33 will cost less to run than the older StreetDecks as they have stop-start.
Overall, it would mean (bar 1x) that the initial troublesome Castles Express batch of StreetDecks would see mainly use as spares.

Given that they are the oldest solo's (and only non SR's) in the fleet, the rest of the batch have already departed, and there is a significant reduction in the mini bus network, as mentioned above the Venture, 32, 71, H1/H2, 925, 938 etc, I think it's highly likely that these will be withdrawn.

Has there actually been a decrease in the number of minibuses needed. You have to remember there's now 8 going onto the 39/39A plus a spare I guess. Not sure the PVR of minis has dropped that much especially since Percy Main is short as it is since some went to Manchester earlier in the year and 697 as the vaccine bus.
Deptford are short as there's only 7 graphite buses atm which isn't enough for the 39/39A.

925, 938 and 71 all Solo operated and although only 3 routes are being axed, the 4 (?) vehicles could be enough to replace the non-standard ones
