Anything and Everything - MrFozz - 17 Jul 2015 Breaking Moos After a herd of cows broke into Colwyn Bay's stadium, Sportsmail looks at the best Cow XI from the world of football Absolutely hilarious Best not turn up at the Colwyn Bay ground wearing red... Wonder if many players/fans will end up with a calf injury As long as there MOOved on soon it should be ok RE: Anything and Everything - S813 FVK - 17 Jul 2015 (16 Jul 2015, 9:25 pm)citaro5284 It's kicking off bigtime in North Tyneside.... I suppose if they don't find it, they'll just have to throw in the towel. RE: Anything and Everything - Adrian - 17 Jul 2015 (17 Jul 2015, 8:01 pm)S813 FVK I suppose if they don't find it, they'll just have to throw in the towel. Lifes a beach sometimes eh. RE: Anything and Everything - Adrian - 19 Jul 2015 Quiet day in today, so I thought; what if de-regulation didn't happen all those years ago.... Tyne and Wear PTE - 9119 - SN64CTU by aureolindn, on Flickr RE: Anything and Everything - South Tyne Lad - 19 Jul 2015 (19 Jul 2015, 2:07 pm)aureolin Quiet day in today, so I thought; what if de-regulation didn't happen all those years ago.... I don't think TYPTE would have been that stupid to order Streetdecks. Not like GNE anyways who will probably order them. Apart from that it looks nice Anything and Everything - MrFozz - 20 Jul 2015 Man Gets 30 Years For Killing Stepfather With ‘Atomic Wedgie Death by atomic wedgie...ouch RE: Anything and Everything - Michael - 22 Jul 2015 When i die, i want the Terminator 2 theme to play, the theme which plays when he goes in to the molten steel......... just seems appropriate if i get cremated haha Also... Terminator 2 was one of the best squeals to a movie ever... RE: Anything and Everything - MrFozz - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 8:00 am)Michael When i die, i want the Terminator 2 theme to play, the theme which plays when he goes in to the molten steel......... just seems appropriate if i get cremated hahaThat would be a good song to play... When I cash in my heavenly chips I want a few songs played My Way by Frank Sinatra with Jerusalem and Danny Boy... One of my mates at GNE once said if I died before him he would arrange for my coffin to be transported on an MPD(because I always moaned about them) as a joke at my expense RE: Anything and Everything - Michael - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 10:27 am)MrFozz That would be a good song to play... haha! Good idea RE: Anything and Everything - Jimmi - 22 Jul 2015 I am not the best when it comes to vehicle types for buses, for most of my photos in the north east I use what it says on the NEB fleet list, normally I have no problems but I have had some comments on the photo of the four Stagecoach Enivro 400's in Wheatsheaf depot which I uploaded on Monday. https://www.flickr.com/photos/127079988@N02/19677021288/in/datetaken/ Any ideas what to do? RE: Anything and Everything - South Tyne Lad - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 6:43 pm)Jimmi I am not the best when it comes to vehicle types for buses, for most of my photos in the north east I use what it says on the NEB fleet list, normally I have no problems but I have had some comments on the photo of the four Stagecoach Enivro 400's in Wheatsheaf depot which I uploaded on Monday. https://www.flickr.com/photos/127079988@N02/19677021288/in/datetaken/ Chris Forbes who commented saying " Its a E40D" He's wrong its a Dennis Trident 4. And Bus Spotter Ross is correct, Its a Dennis Trident 4. RE: Anything and Everything - Adrian - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 6:47 pm)South Tyne Lad Chris Forbes who commented saying " Its a E40D" He's wrong its a Dennis Trident 4. And Bus Spotter Ross is correct, Its a Dennis Trident 4. What's a Dennis Trident 4? RE: Anything and Everything - R852 PRG - 22 Jul 2015 The two of them seem like your average ''Stagecoach buffs''; who must know absolutely everything about every single bus operated by Stagecoach UK. Obviously, an error has been picked up here; and they have pounced. RE: Anything and Everything - S813 FVK - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 6:52 pm)R852 PRG The two of them seem like your average ''Stagecoach buffs''; who must know absolutely everything about every single bus operated by Stagecoach UK. Obviously, an error has been picked up here; and they have pounced. And not only that, it turns out they are both wrong. I've only head of a Dennis Trident 2. Never an Dennis Trident 4. RE: Anything and Everything - Jimmi - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 6:52 pm)R852 PRG The two of them seem like your average ''Stagecoach buffs''; who must know absolutely everything about every single bus operated by Stagecoach UK. Obviously, an error has been picked up here; and they have pounced. Funnily enough I put the same thing on Arriva's Enviro 400's and no-one has ever made any comments which tend to get more views than most of the Stagecoach photos I upload and I upload this and it's a problem. Not happy with this, hate thinking I am wrong and if it was a thing that became a frequent thing I would be tempted to not place any body and chassis makes in my photo descriptions, bad enough when I leave the North East for photos and have to guess such as my recent trips to Blackpool, Carlisle and Scarborough. RE: Anything and Everything - South Tyne Lad - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 6:50 pm)aureolin What's a Dennis Trident 4? (22 Jul 2015, 6:54 pm)S813 FVK And not only that, it turns out they are both wrong. I've only head of a Dennis Trident 2. Never an Dennis Trident 4. The Dennis Trident 4 was the Dennis Trident Chassis updated for the E400 Euro 5 Model ( 2009 - 2015 ) The original Dennis Trident was found in the first examples ( 1999 - 2003 ) In Euro 3 it was modified and then marketed as the " Dennis Trident 2 " ( 2003 - 2006 ) In Euro 4 for some reason it was still called Trident 2 And when it came to Euro 5 it was updated again and named Trident 4. You will find these in all ( Excluding 57 reg ) Arriva examples Though the 196** batch at Stagecoach are Unique in having Spicer Axles instead of ZF ones. Trident 4 chassis ( Excluding E400H ) also feature a ZF axels while all original and Trident 2s have Spicer Axles E400Hs still Have Spicer Axles. RE: Anything and Everything - Adrian - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 7:01 pm)South Tyne Lad The Dennis Trident 4 was the Dennis Trident Chassis updated for the E400 Euro 5 Model ( 2009 - 2015 ) Do you have a source for that info? Not doubting you, just my understanding was as follows: Dennis Trident 2: 2-axle chassis Dennis Trident 3: 3-axle chassis I could be wrong like..... RE: Anything and Everything - Kuyoyo - 22 Jul 2015 (22 Jul 2015, 7:13 pm)aureolin Do you have a source for that info? Not doubting you, just my understanding was as follows: You are right, there's no such thing as a Trident 4, the chassis is now the E40D. Same as 37301-19 are E20D not Dart 4 (as per 36081-94 and 36461-79). |
