Taking in to account the recent trend for historic names, Avanti seems to buck the trend.

tbf Avanti pretty much is Worst Group, so they'll be used to it by now.

I'm not surprised they're laughing. Given Government money for running a substandard service and even when their workforces are out on strike.

Where's the incentive for them to improve?
