(31 Aug 2019, 9:30 pm)Michael Only 7 Versa's, PVR for the 35 is 8... shame because i think the Scania's would be better as spares etc...

Those 2009 Versas are only Euro 4, so no good for the 35 (as every board has at least one journey which is secured as Euro 5).

The 35 will now be operated by Mercedes Citaros on Sundays, as many fleet livery as possible followed by the remaining Wear Xpress examples yet to be painted after that. This reduces the mileage operated by these Scanias, and aims to improve reliability on Sundays.

Apart from the movements which have already kindly been post by Stanleyone and Citaro5326, have anymore happened?

The 12/97 are also Citaros today, meaning that the only Scania L94UBs out are on the Loop 93/94.

Sad that the Scania's are getting used less and less but understand from a mileage point of view... getting closer to being withdrawn now

And reliability, comfort and possibly MPG?

My love (?!) of them is well documented and I've been of the opinion that they should have gone years ago.

A few Sundays off shouldn't affect their mileage too much.

It's not as if those Scania lumps have got much of a life beyond GNE.

Streetlites from the Red Kite.

Citaro's - depends, if any of the current Citaro routes gets B9's as a cascade.

5409-5420, 5440 & 5441 at Consett, latter 3 I would imagine will release 3 double decks off the RK for scholars work.

St Bedes require 11 double Deckers, 2 of which work on to Service work.

6915, 6916, 6917, 6918, 6919 and 6932 are dedicated to scholars, taxi and V11

Riverside are allocated 35 Citaro to meet a PVR of 26 Citaro on Sundays - more than achievable without the use of any other vehicle types!
