(19 Jul 2020, 12:50 pm)S830OFT Any chance the 30/X20 will still move back to South Shields as originally planned? I have observed on several occasions passengers quite dissatisfied when drivers changeover at Cleadon Village.
Also with service 30/X20 regularly operating late, would it not be a wise idea to somehow interwork these services with the 12 which currently gets a 12 minute layover at the Interchange. One for the suggestions thread is to have the X20/30 do each route as a circular (South Shields - Boldon - Fellgate - South Shields) with one bus per hour doing clockwise, the other anti-clockwise. This wouldn't increase the PVR, and would offer 2 buses per hour between South Shields and Boldon, and interworking with service 12 will offer the benefit of reducing delays...
