Most of you may have been able to guess that this post was coming sooner or later, and I've decided to make it now in case I end up going out later tonight...
After making a post, I often sit on the "Who's Online" page to see the amount of people who pounce onto a post to read it straight away. On this occasion, I noticed Michael viewing a thread I made earlier this year, entitled, "We've done it!". This post celebrated the landmark achievement of the forum reaching 500 members, and discussion within this thread set our future goals for the forum. At the time, I suggested that we'd be 'setting the bar too high' by trying to reach 750 members, but I come with good news!

After multiple clear-outs from that post, with the intention of deleting older members who have not posted or been online in a number of months, we have actually accumulated 750 members and we've managed to exceed our 50,000 post goal too!
It's been another magnificent year for NEB. Our community is growing larger in size by the day, and our forum and other features are forever expanding too. I aspire that they will continue to do so in 2015, and the community will be even better this time next year.

Oh dear, I must have made far to many posts in the What's Annoying You Today thread to get into the top 10.
I also pin it down to Arriva's X reg Darts - awful, awful things!
Back on the computer now but here is the list from 16-02-2014 for posts..
Top 10... drum-roll... Tongue
Dan 4,655
andreos1 2,814
Michael 2,597
aureolin 1,712
NEBCD Malarkey 1,650
Tom 1,080
gtom 1,042
tyresmoke 997
CatsFast101 918
fozzovmurton 771
Mine has doubled since then haha!
Edit: - most of those points will of being bollocks! haha
Ahaha, I wonder where I would have ended up had I left my post count where it was! - for those interested I had it changed back because I just felt like a fresh start, I go by the name MarcTheA4 on a number of things, namely Flickr. Just for the those who don't get the name, it's a reference to the Class A4 locomotives built by the LNER in the 30s. Amongst the most powerful and beautiful steam engines made without a shadow of a doubt, 6 of the 35 built survive in preservation.
Anyway; Jimmi seems to be making the odd appearance in the happy thread, so maybe that upped him one or two marks!
Happy New Year everyone!
Edit: Out of interest, can we see who has actually given the most likes? I'm really curious now!

(31 Dec 2014, 2:10 pm)Dan I can't do it via the Admin Panel, but I'd put money on Liam being able to tell us what the figures are in the database... If/when he reads this, he knows what to do (hint hint!!)

(31 Dec 2014, 2:35 pm)MarcTheA4 The FPF stories make my day!
Perhaps they will be the ones to raid Queen Street for the final plans. Perhaps they will be the ones to stop citaro5284 being such a dick about what he knows and we don't. (). Perhaps they will be the ones to finally get me one more look at 4852 before she gets the scrapman.
(Personally I think citaro is part of a conspiracy, look at the facts - he has info about the orders, he has a good job with GNE, 4852 is near him - it's the July '44 Bomb Plot all over again!!)
