Which stop in Framwellgate Moor does the 1704 X2 start from as it left from the Salutation Inn, Holmlands Crescent stop this afternoon.

(01 Sep 2014, 5:27 pm)Jimmi Thought so, it would be stupid if it did stop at Holmlands Crescent as all other journeys leave from a different stop so that would be confusing. The other problem is I saw it on Fram Front Street at around 1650 and it can't pull straight onto the Salutation Bus Gate stop as it would stop other buses getting through.

X18 broken down at Beal Services this afternoon last seen at 1530 being uplifted by a wrecker truck, I did not get the fleet number.
(01 Sep 2014, 10:52 am)northern156 I was trying to work it out this morning, as it supposedly leads on from the 685. I'm not sure there are any more short runs to Hexham any more. Not sure because the Northumberland County Council timetable is different to the Arriva one on their website - it doesn't include the first bus into Carlisle Mon-Sat mornings.
I think all 85/685s run straight through to Carlisle now, excepting X85s which go to Hexham - but there are two eastbound ones in the morning and two westbound ones in the evening.
If the 185 vehicle does run light from Jesmond, I don't think the PVR would be the same for the amount of Omnicities they have though??
They do a 85/685 to carlisle, then a full 185 and then a hours break in Carlisle then a 685/85 back to Newcastle

(01 Sep 2014, 8:34 pm)MrPottski North East need to change their displays. The orange on black Hanovers are well past their sell by date, the white on black is much more clean and modern. I like what Go North East have done with theirs, but this is all down to my taste.

Quick few updates from the Arriva stable...
4045 is now parked up ready for disposal at Blyth, while 4068 has returned to Redcar. 4092 is parked up at Redcar, although 4095 is due to re-appear this week, the situation is very fluid at present. Streetlite 1560 has arrived at Redcar to start familiarisation.
7511 had migrated to Jesmond by yesterday and should move to Blackburn today for refurbishment.
4506 entered service yesterday at Stockton on service 28, while similar 4508 has gone away for accident repairs, presumably at Gardiners.
