(02 Jan 2016, 11:46 am)Dan Difference is that 4512 is one which has been internally refurbished, and it was suggested last month that the Volvo B10BLEs that were internally refurbished were also modified to become DDA-compliant at the same time. Looking at photos on Flickr, it does seem that one of the 'tip-up' seats on the offside is missing, similar to the Go North East examples recently modified at Thorntons.
4507 hasn't been internally refurbished, but I can't imagine that Arriva would send a bus out on the road illegally?
