Go North East: Service Suggestions v2
Go North East: Service Suggestions v2
(12 Apr 2022, 9:13 pm)Malarkey With Service Cuts seeming to becoming the new norm here in the North East I have had a look through the Go North East Network to see if some of services could be consolidated into others improving local services in terms of recovering passenger numbers following on from Covid-19, the method of consolidation worked in parts when Go North East had a massive shake up of it's services in 2006 and is clearly needed again some 16 years later given how much services have been chopped and changed. I guess I have done the same you say but in turn also provided a more stable network of services in the long term. I have spent quite a few hours over the past week working on these whilst also throwing in some throwback services of the late 80's/90's into the early 00's reinstating some long lost local links.
