What is the point in Little Sue Service 65 as a Ford Transit?

At least put a 7.2m Solo on it

I don't think anything bigger than the Transit would see the service unsustainable. The 65 definitely falls under the 'lifeline' category which should be local authority funded for it's security, as it links together a lot of places, such as Hartfields and Ryehill Gardens, with elderly residents who would otherwise be isolated. Sue Little also runs a non-profit dial-a-ride for disbaled & vulnerable residents in Hartlepool, what a sorry state of affairs when a private operator has to step in where the council fails.

Paul's Travel Facebook confirms the 65 will no longer serve Dalton Piercy & West Park from next month, which leaves both areas without any service.

An another note, there's a sharp decline in the standard of information found in Connect Tees Valley's Forthcoming Changes PDF, mostly just saying 'revised route & timetable'.

Pauls travel could have so much expansion, he could get a few drivers in buy a few 8.9m mmcs or get some solo SR in and run a amazing service MON-SUN Between Hartlepool-Hart-Elwick-Dolton Piercy maybe stretching up to some other little villages as these little villages have no Reliable service running through them and believe it or not the 65 isn't exactly a reliable service it seems ro be running whenever it wants and wherever it wants recently. Only did q early run yesterday. I have emailed him just giving him a few ideas he could make a good profit off it.

The service only runs 3 times a day 3 days a week for a reason. It is making a massive loss and they don’t have the money to do much else.  You have to remember they are not a proper bus company so they can’t just experiment with services.  The only reason the 65 still runs is because Sue wants to serve the community but it’s getting harder to justify it as it is so no way can they do a 7 day a week unless someone subsides it.   You have to remember it was and still is a mini bus hire company if they was money for them to do proper bus service work then they would have the fact is they don’t have the money to do that even hiring a solo or small enviro is going to cost thousands and that before you add in maintenance so it can’t be done.
