Is it just me or does it have an awful squeak/rattle? I don't think I could tolerate a journey on it!
Plus, I personally think it's one of the ugliest buses ever made, the front reminds me of the back end of the new Disco!

(30 May 2019, 8:06 pm)Michael It does have an awful squeak like, but that's why you wear headphones! " alt="" title="">
But then how do I hear the next stop announcements (or other people's conversations!)
I'm not sure if it's more annoying than the rattling door on the Streetlites, I always sit at the back door because it's the only seat with adequate leg room and I have to lean up against it to stop it rattling

(30 May 2019, 4:49 pm)Rapidsnap Plenty of vehicles have been renumbered in the past....
6008 - 6042 were originally numbered 91xx when they first came.
8186 - 8200 were renumbered to 486 - 500.
Dart 8000 (H802OPT) was originally numbered 4755.
Many ex OK Travel Vehicles carried 3 different numbers with GNE.
Hmmmm, didn't realise there'd been multiple renumberings of the ex-OK Travel vehicles - could you post details?

Haven't got the full details as they are in one of the Buses magazines in the attic.
But IIRC all vehicles were numbered 9xxx to start with, then
briefly to 9xxx, and those that remained with the fleet were numbered into the normal number range.
An oddity is E107DJR acquired from Gypsy Queen.
It was numbered 4749 -

But then E107DJR was numbered 2107 to prob avoid clashing with the F-Reg Olympian with the same reg number -

Though I'm sure BusmanT will prob explain it better

Will anything be happening with 6304's livery any time soon? It looks awful at the minute with the castles gone, and it appears to be getting worse! I'm sure the outlines of where the vinyls used to be didn't look this bad a couple weeks ago.
On a side note, when will we be getting the NSA back? I thought things would start getting back to normal as it's been nearly 2 weeks.
On a further side note, how long does it take for developers to add a couple new stops to the app? Even Google Maps has the live times available
East Yorkshire 884 is inside Saltmeadows Depot, guessing is one of the Open toppers transferring to GNE for the Toon Tour
Also there is GNE Streetlite 5438 presumably for repainting, next to it is 5441 which is repainted into the corporate livery.

Seen a B9 on there X9 this morning at Gateshead interchange, blinded upon saying 'Middlesbrough' ... I'm assuming this is an error on the drivers part, does this break any laws with the distance the bus states it travels, appreciate it its split into 2 routes with Dalton Park first, however the blind doesn't state that.

Don't the B9s have tachographs so they aren't breaking any law
