On Monday afternoon, passengers arriving at North Shields had the delight of being able to see Nexus' 'resident seal'. The RSPCA reassured Nexus that she was fine and was only resting.
On Wednesday night, she decided to swim away on the high tide, following her two-day long stay on the old slipway to the left hand side of the bridge.
Passengers arriving at North Shields this morning can have the pleasure of looking at our resident seal which has been here since yesterday afternoon.
