Today i had Optare Solo SR 712 on service 33 with Arrivaman, shocking bus struggling to gain speed on flats! people would never of thought it was a 12 plate!
Not sure which one but one of St Helen's Solo SR's was out on 360 longs yesterday afternoon

Happy Als are currently based in Birkenhead (Wirral) and operate coach trips out and a hell of a lot of School Services (they won all the School Work Impera had before they went Bust) they used to operate Merseytravel Tendered Services but sadly thats in the past now.

According to Network Warrington's Twitter page the strike planned for tomorrow (23/10) and any further strike's have been suspended until further notice pending a Union Meeting next Monday 28/10, hopefully this is a sign of things finally being sorted out
For further information is that they don't just operate services in Merseyside area unless things have changed a couple of vehicles a day, usually a couple of their coaches end up in Nantwich on Roseheath College Contracts each day obviously when students are in

am informed that today a HTL Bus has hit and killed a 10 year old lad in Speke Today, apparently he ran out in the road to get his ball back and the HTL Bus just could not stop in time, am sure more details will come about in time. feel sorry for the Driver involved, could stop him driving forever
