Anyone know what happened to the X11 tonight. It seemed 7128 went to Middlesbrough but then 7153 took over to Scarborough
But it didn't seem to track on it way back to Newcastle. Wondering if it was a tracking issue or it broke down and East Yorkshire had to send a replacement up

(27 Jun 2021, 8:33 pm)ne14ne1 Seeing it arrive into Newcastle with ‘The Gate via St Mary’s Place’ or ‘Newcastle’ on the screen, you’d assume it (X10 in this case) had came from Whitby/Scarborough and would be going back there. That’s what the route branding says. So no, the destination screen wouldn’t help in that case.
It’s only when the service number is included in the branding that is isn’t as confusing when they’re allocated to other services as the branding can then act as an advert for that vehicles usual route.
