(19 Jul 2021, 3:00 pm)Train8261 When I was speaking to one of the staff members at the event. He mentioned that they already had a good few over 10 already entered for the eventWell that would be disappointing compared to usual.

One thing I've been wondering is how safely Park and get to the coach park, with the boys, without having to go inside and ye the covered bridge. Not so much because they won't be wearing masks but because yiu gest has loud tics that get worse in a busy enclosed space. Been trying to locate crossings and footpaths on Google maps but not had much luck.

You should be able to park in the Coach Park itself without issue.

Looks like we're not going unless bigun hauls his backside out of bed in the next few minutes, anyhow.
Well we made it. Definitely more than 10 buses and some real treats.
Having seen a couple of pictures posted of the Scania Fencer, I still think it looks bloody awful. Plus, those wheel arches are horrific.
Maybe it'll look alright with a livery on it, but I'm not sure.
The wheels look massive, even without the statement arches.
It was nice seeing it parked next to one of the first omnicities, though.

I'm also on the Fence with the Scania Fencer. The interior towards the rear is claustrophobic especially without the rear window. Destination blind at the front looks too shallow too.
Apparently some children were causing problems at Riverside earlier, I didn’t see anything as I wasn’t there long. This is what one of my Facebook friends shared
Incidents like this could result in events like this not being held in future due to the minority of people who choose to do things like this.

If they ever hold an event again in future, they probably have to ensure no children under the age of 14 to be allowed in without an adult.
