(30 Sep 2021, 4:48 pm)omnicity4659 They'll have contingency plans in the event of severe disruption, but probably not alarmist code reds or blacks.Internally, TOCs do have Code Green, Yellow, Red and Black levels of disruption.
Rail doesn't even use red/black, just Customer Service Level 2 (CSL2) (major disruption) and Do Not Travel. LNER do have coloured service statuses (green, amber, red and black) but that doesn't appear to be for anything other than administration purposes.
