New buses coming to Stockton???
(17 Apr 2023, 4:29 pm)Mr Alx300 22062 NK54 BFF Could do with sending 27175/6/7/8 up to replace them knackered 39s?Those MANs are no more knackered than the ADLs. One of the many reasons I left was that they keep replacing the MAN's with buses that are actually worse to work with.

They does seem to have been a change of plan at the looks of it since September because I doubt 39661/2/4/5/6 would have been withdrawn otherwise unless they reallY knackered because only 39661 seemed to be knackered out of them and 39666 was still quite decent so if 39663 and 39668 have been giving another year then they must be a problem getting replacements. Saying that I would be surprised if 39667 does go back into service and having looked properly earlier both 39665 and 39662 are both still there while the others have gone so must be a reason why they have been left.

(18 Apr 2023, 3:35 pm)Kuyoyo And yet there’s a reason why 27805/12 have entered service at Stockton to replace the remaining 220xx MANs rather than Hartlepool to replace the 39xxx……..Am sad to see the Alexander man 220xxs go but since some are 19 - 20 years old and been trundling around an area covering Hartlepool to Hemlington on any giving day it’s understandable why they the priority. While the Manviros I think the worse have been took out of service and 39663 and 39668 and probably one of 39658 or 39660 could probably still do a few more years in service yet as other than the 1 they only covering a small area but I do expect something most like more cascades will eventually come in to replace them within the next 2 years as 39605 really only has a year or 2 left in service as well.

Anyway, it's in use on Teesflex. Seen it around East Cleveland today.
