(29 May 2016, 9:07 pm)Tom Ah right cheers will look out for the Ridley arms to know where to get off.
Yeah to be fair it's good to support an independent company as I can't imagine them getting much from explorer passes

This is what it's coming up with on Traveline.
Not 100% that Stannington Village westbound is the last stop on the journey from Morpeth, also can't seem to locate said stop which could be flaming anywhere! Although the journey back to Morpeth looks to leave from the same stop as the Arriva 44.
(29 May 2016, 9:12 pm)South Tyne Lad It should pass it and then turn around and drop you off there, Will be hard to miss it!
A thing I haven't done much really, I should do it more though if a Explorer is valid then I don't bother.

(29 May 2016, 9:26 pm)Tom Aye it should be fine to be honest. It's stupid it hasn't been marketed at all though so can't see it lasting longAt worst, you could ask the driver where it stops if you were to board in Morpeth, sadly I will struggle to do this. May still do it as I will end up at some stop where the 44 also stops at. I have 35 minutes to locate a stop to get the 44 back to Newcastle after departing the 44.

Finally, somewhere has the S1 timetable online. https://bustimes.org.uk/services/NE_310_PB9957_S1
At least this should answer our questions in regards to where it stops in Stannington (click Show all stops).
Dart LG02FFR is now branded for service S1, here it is seen in Stannington this afternoon.

Sorry about it being slightly shadowed, it only has branding down this side for some reason.
PCL's - 06 Reg Merc Sprinter broken down with bonnet up, on the Northbound carriageway of A1, just south of the Seaton Burn slip road at lunch time today, it had 2 maintenance looking vans sitting next to it.
Looks like the S1 didn't last long, Clicked on the timetable above and it says this service no longer exists.

Not sure what the deal is here.
Was a few on the one time I used it, surprisingly, fare paying custom as well!

(09 Jul 2016, 8:32 pm)South Tyne Lad Its a good new link, Though I couldn't find anything about it on Google, Had to find the Timetable which you posted on here for any info.
Its a good link, Though the promoting for the new link is a very big weakpoint. Don't think PCL even have a website!

(09 Jul 2016, 8:49 pm)Jimmi ...and I had to do some painful searching on Traveline to get those times as like you say, they don't have a website. At that point there was no info other than Traveline search results with the timetable later appearing on Bus Times website. No idea why Traveline have changed who they list as the operator and the timetable also disappearing from Bus Times' website, nowt seen any registration changes on VOSA since the service started although I think the original registration listed it as service 51 rather than S1.

Service still running as I photoed it at Stannington St Marys on Monday, and saw it again on Tuesday whilst photting at Morpeth station.
