I enjoyed today's event, seen a few familiar faces. Dan (very briefly), Gary Devlin, Bazza and Dan Picken.

GNE turned up complete with the brilliant Pat Armstrong!

The stalls were good also, got a bunch of photos off Chris Thompson and loads of old timetables off another stall including 77, Original Prince Bishops, Fab56 and Laser!

I left a happy chappy!
Unfortunately I couldnt make it today, as I was unaware of this Rally being on Today and had instead arranged to meet by Brother and Nephew along with my Dad for a few drinks in the Five Swans in Newcastle to celebrate my Dads Birthday on Tuesday, as well as trading in my Xbox 360 plus games, got £100 for it so I am quite happy.

I on the other hand didn't I also bought timetables only to find out there was over 5 of each one and the people running the stall decided not to tell me.
As long as your happy that's the main think Malarkey!

As for you Dan, you should have looked :p
Annoyingly I forgot it was on.

If I'd have known I would probably have gone, sounded more fun than being threatened in Darlington.

I'd personally like to see more promotion of events on this forum as I don't really follow any other places for enthusiasts so I often miss info about events like this.
@Lee and Dan Picken

Out of interest, which timetables did you buy and which other timetables were on sale?

The 2 Stagecoach ones were off me as they were dupes. He would of got the area maps but I stole them.
Saw a stack of old vehicles heading down the A19 this morning and it was only when seeing them pass Penshaw Monument this afternoon, that I twigged as to what the deal was.

Usually go down to the pit stop at Chester for a neb, rather than Shields - but with the civic centre flattened, wasn't sure what the deal was for this year or going forward.
